Eric Kaplan

Eric is the Chief Technology Officer at AHEAD. A 20-year industry veteran, Eric has seen the impact that innovation in these domains has on clients—making them more nimble, transformative, and customer-focused.

With expertise in infrastructure, automation, storage, virtualization and enterprise cloud, Eric helps to define and execute AHEAD’s go-to-market strategy, as well as establish and expand its technology and emerging startup partnerships through his relationships with the venture capital community in Silicon Valley and Israel.

In addition to managing both the AHEAD Services and Pre-Sales organizations, Eric oversees the AHEAD Lab and Briefing Center, a highly dynamic and sophisticated multi-vendor lab environment. The lab offers a hands-on experience, enabling clients to explore innovative and emerging technologies and interact with industry experts to help find a guiding strategy for executing cloud solutions in the enterprise.

Prior to joining AHEAD in 2010, Eric served in Sales Engineering, Product Management and Strategy roles at Dell EMC (formerly EMC). Eric began his career at InstallShield Software Corporation.
